ABOUT US

About

In 1995, Jeff and Wendy Martin started Martin Building Group, delivering custom homes and neighborhoods throughout Northwest Arkansas. Today, the team specializes in the execution of small-site residential and mixed-use developments, combining the discipline of a custom builder with the vision of a developer.

Our work has always been guided by thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and stewardship, but it is the relationships we have built along the way that have allowed us to be in this business for over 30 years. We look forward to continue to partner with landowners and developers to bring value throughout Northwest Arkansas.

DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

Horizontal & Vertical Improvements.

Horizontal Improvements

We prepare sites to go vertical, coordinating demolition, grading, earthworks, and utility installation.

Vertical Improvements

We specialize in single family, boutique multi-family, and neighborhood commercial construction, maximizing the value of our expertise in IRC building code to deliver the most economically and environmentally efficient projects.

Planning & Design — We shape the ideas into a design narrative: coordinating land planning, architects, engineers, and landscape design. • Horizontal Improvements — We prepare sites to go vertical, coordinating demolition, grading, earthworks, and utility installation. • Vertical Improvements — We specialize in single family, boutique multi-family, and neighborhood commercial construction, maximizing the value of our expertise in IRC building code to deliver the most economically and environmentally efficient projects.
