Dwell Houses are a student living community located just a ¼ mile north from Maple Street and the University of Arkansas. The project was born to create a sense of place, to dwell, for students during their time at the University. It has evolved to becoming a desired location with strong brand recognition amongst students. The project consists of 8 tandem style homes, designed to reside 4-8 like minded individuals, where outdoor hangs are encouraged, and friendships are created.
