Jeff Martin
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Serving as builder since 1995, intentionally involved in all facets of building- planning, design, and project management so that our custom homes define the quality and sustainability that has been entrusted by our clients. Jeff leads the plan/design/build process which provides seamless connection with the architect, interior designer, and builder along with our team of trusted craftsmen. You will find Jeff on our projects several days a week because we only build a few homes at a time.
Jeff and Wendy have made Fayetteville home with their 4 children – Mason, Mckane, Morgan and youngest, Maiya. The Martin’s are very active in sports, running, biking, wakeboarding, waterskiing, community, hanging with friends, but really just keeping up with the kids. Now, they are bringing their Western Coastal heritage to Arkansas with the Coastal Living Collection.

Wendy Martin
Designer
Wendy was raised in sunny Newport Beach in Southern California, and in 1990 moved to Rogers, AR and attended the University of Arkansas. She received her Masters in Counseling in 1997. She met her husband Jeff in high school and the two have been happily married for 26 years and raising their 4 children in Fayetteville.
Wendy's passion is connecting people and designing homes. As founder of Wendy Martin Living, the interior design of homes and serving people find commonplace as Wendy designs for MBG’s Coastal Living Collection and also serves as a Real Estate Sales Agent with Prime Real Estate & Development. Fueling this work passion is a purpose around truth and life relationships found in her faith. Wendy is also involved in engaging and training women to grow and reproduce their personal relationships with Jesus, husbands, families, and friends.

Stephanie Hutchinson
Office Manager
Stephanie was born and raised in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a marketing degree from the Sam Walton College of Business. She is the mother of three awesome kids and in her spare time is a successful abstract artist and owner of Stephanie Anne Art.
As the office manager of Martin Building Group, Stephanie is responsible for the day to day operations of the office and manages scheduling, billing, and helps coordinate communication between MBG and our trade partners and clients.

Ken Shew Jr.
Marketing Manager
Ken is from Little Rock, Arkansas and is now residing in Newport Beach, CA.
As a Marketing professional, he is bringing a new and refreshing perspective to Martin Building Group.
